The purpose of this module is to introduce the key players in the process of a collaborative divorce. In addition, learning how to take an active role in understanding how the Real Estate Advisor is part of the collaborative divorce process.

MODULE 5: Building the Collaborative Team

The purpose of this module is to explain how the Collaborative professionals work with the Collaborative Real Estate Advisor, as well as discuss avoiding pitfalls that may arise during the collaborative process.

MODULE 6: Stages of Divorce

The purpose of this module is to be introduced to the complexity of divorce by understanding divorce as an umbrella term and to gain insight into the various emotional states that impact individuals going through the divorce.

MODULE 7: Communication Techniques and Errors

The purpose of this module is to be introduced to the importance of communication, not just utilizing it, but non-verbal cues and the implications words have.

MODULE 8: Role Play

The purpose of this module is to put into practice what you have been learning through branching scenarios.

MODULE 9: Marketing Roadmap

The purpose of this module is to learn about the states for becoming a Real Estate Advisor and the Five Characteristics of a Successful Real Estate Advisor while cultivating a skill set that permits you to market yourself while utilizing the WECK model.

MODULE 10: Conclusion

The purpose of this module is to review the key concepts discussed throughout LEVEL 1 and then to test your knowledge.

MODULE 1: Level One Recap

The purpose of this module is to review the mission of the collaborative process and the role of the collaborative team professionals, as well as begin to identify one’s own life priorities and understand how it is impacting their level of wellbeing and satisfaction.

MODULE 2: Know Thyself

The purpose of this module is to learn about and understand one’s own values and the importance of making decisions that align with those values, as well as how intrapersonal communication impacts interpersonal communication and ways to improve self-talk.

MODULE 3: Triggers

The purpose of this module is to learn about the connection between triggers and responses and identify and understand one’s own triggers and how they affect thought processes and communication, as well as learn ways to address triggers and reduce stress through a holistic wellness approach.

MODULE 4: Know Thy Team

The purpose of this module is to gain insight into four different communication styles and how to communicate with each other, as well as gain an understanding of how the tenets of interpersonal communication can impact the collaborative team and clients.

MODULE 5: Self Care

The purpose of this module is to gain an understanding of the importance of self-care and ways that one can incorporate self-care in their lives, as well as help the real estate professional identify life areas of self-care that they are actively engaging in and those that they may need to pay more attention to.

MODULE 6: Standards and Ethics

The purpose of this module is to introduce the Ethical Standards of the collaborative divorce process as set by the IACP and gain an understanding of how these standards apply to the real estate professional, as well as providing the standards for becoming a trained collaborative professional.
